We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy. All InfiniCode Labs apps are designed with privacy-first principles, minimizing data collection and keeping your information on your device whenever possible.
2. Information We Collect
InfiniTime
InfiniTime does not collect any personally identifiable information. All data remains on your device.
Budget Shopper
Local Storage: Budget Shopper uses SwiftData to store all your budget data locally on your device. Your shopping lists, budgets, and financial information never leave your device and are not transmitted to our servers.
No Personal Data Collection: We do not collect, store, or process any personally identifiable information. No email addresses, phone numbers, or account registration is required.
No Analytics or Tracking: Budget Shopper does not use any analytics services, tracking pixels, or third-party data collection tools.
No Advertisements: The app is completely ad-free and does not integrate with any advertising networks.
Firebase Migration: While the app previously used Firebase services, we are actively migrating away from all cloud dependencies to ensure complete privacy and offline functionality.
CameraKit
CameraKit is a developer framework for camera integration. As a framework, CameraKit itself does not collect or transmit any end-user data. Any data handling in applications built with CameraKit is determined by the developers of those applications.
3. How We Use Your Information
Since we do not collect personal information, there is no data to use, share, or sell. All app data is stored locally on your device and is entirely under your control.
4. Data Storage and Security
Local Device Storage: All data is stored locally using Apple's SwiftData framework and is protected by iOS Data Protection and your device's built-in security features.
No In-App Cloud Sync: We do not implement any in-app cloud sync, and we do not send your data to our own servers or to third-party sync or analytics services.
Device & OS Backups: Your device or operating system may back up app data (for example, through iCloud or encrypted device backups) if you have those features enabled. These backups are managed by your device and OS provider and are not controlled or accessed by InfiniCode Labs.
Data Deletion: You can delete all app data stored on your device at any time by uninstalling the app from your device.
5. Third-Party Services
Our current versions of the apps do not send data to or rely on any third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection services. Earlier versions of some apps (for example, Budget Shopper's historical use of Firebase) may contain legacy code paths, but these integrations have been disabled and are being fully removed from the codebase and from future releases.
6. Children's Privacy
Our apps do not collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Since all data is stored locally on the device, parents have full control over their children's use of the apps.
7. Changes to Our Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
