Other than the content you own, under these Terms, InfiniCode, LLC and/or its licensors own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained in this Website. Our software products, including but not limited to CameraKit, are protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions.

3. Trademark Disclaimers

Canon: Canon is a trademark of Canon Inc. CameraKit and InfiniCode, LLC are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Canon Inc.

Apple: Apple, iOS, iPadOS, macOS, and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries.

All other trademarks, service marks, trade names, trade dress, product names and logos appearing on the site are the property of their respective owners.

4. App-Specific Terms

Budget Shopper

Budget Shopper is a personal finance management application that stores all data locally on your device. By using Budget Shopper, you understand and agree that:

• All budget data, shopping lists, and financial information are stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework.
• InfiniCode Labs does not have access to, collect, or store any of your personal financial data.
• You are responsible for backing up your data through your device's standard backup mechanisms (iCloud, iTunes, etc.).
• Deleting (uninstalling) the app will permanently delete all locally stored information.
• The app is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter and any financial decisions made based on the app's calculations.

Budget Shopper is provided as-is for budgeting assistance. It is not a substitute for professional financial advice. InfiniCode Labs is not liable for any financial decisions made using the application.

InfiniTime

InfiniTime is a personal productivity application. All data is stored locally and is not transmitted to any servers.

CameraKit

CameraKit is a developer framework for camera integration. Use is subject to the license terms provided with the framework.

5. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on InfiniCode, LLC's Website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• modify or copy the materials;
• use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display;
• attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on InfiniCode, LLC's Website;
• remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
• transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by InfiniCode, LLC at any time.
